- Orders are processed for shipment once a day.
- Generally, we ship within 24 hours.
- However, some orders, such as those placed on Saturday, do not ship within 24 hours. Those orders are processed on Monday.
Return Policy
We accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive your product. All returned merchandise must be factory-sealed in new condition (unless item is defective or damaged). A returned VHS or DVD must be unwrapped, in original factory sealed shrink-wrap.
If the product being returned is defective or a result of our error, please contact Customer Service (Customerservice@stinkyshoe.com or 414-507-5437).
Please ship your return to: A.L.L. For Kids, Inc., PO Box 13663, Milwaukee, WI 53213. Package your return securely, using the same package it came in, if possible. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds / credits will be provided within 1 business day of our receipt of your return. Contact Customer Service (Customerservice@stinkyshoe.com or 414-507-5437) if you are not sure your purchase is returnable. We will email you a refund confirmation once we process your return. Your credit card used for payment is automatically refunded.
Broken DVD Cases
While we have the highest quality control measures in place, we realize that some DVD cases are damaged during transit. We are happy to send you replacement cases. Just contact Customer Service (Customerservice@stinkyshoe.com or 414-507-5437).
